We can greatly rejoice because the Lord has wrapped us in His love of forgiveness. There are many trails of life, but we can rejoice above them because we have been saved. Our names are written in His book and He has a place reserved for us at His table. After the storm, Jesus asked why were you fearful. The disciples saw Him as a man. He is more than just a man. He is the Creator of all things and controls them. He is the One who is able to command the storms of life to be calm. He will cause the winds of adversity to cease and smooth a path before you.

When we pray this prayer, we are praying to the One who sees our day from beginning to end. Knowing what the day holds, Jesus will give us the strength we need. He is mindful of our dependence on Him and will supply for what the day brings. When things, happens, He will be right there to help. No task will have to be borne alone. He is the one we can rely on!

With our eyes fixed in faith on our Lord, He will come to help us with the duties of each day. Life is easier when you place your trust in Him. He will keep us safe in these uncertain times. Let us not be anxious, but quietly wait for Him to move on our behalf. The Lord will show up as He has in the past!
