Piedmont FUMC Mid-week Announcements August 26, 2026

We extend our sympathy to Judy Little and family on the death of Jack Little. There is no service scheduled.

UMYF will meet this evening at 6:00 in the Tucker Activity Center. Pizza will be served. UMYF will also meet for Sunday School on Sunday from 9:30 – 10:15 am upstairs in the Tucker Activity Center.

The Nominations Committee will meet Sunday afternoon at 5:00 in the Granger Latta classroom.

The Circle of Faith will meet Tuesday at 6:00 pm in the Draper Fellowship Hall.

On Sunday, September 13th, we will be starting a new Sunday School curriculum in the children’s Sunday School class. We would love to have old and new faces join us for these fun new lessons. We Start Sunday School at 9:50 am each Sunday.

Our Sunday Night Bible Study will resume Sunday, September 13th at 5:00 pm in the Draper Fellowship Hall. Our study will be on Jesus’ “I AM” sayings in John’s gospel.

Family Ministries would like fishing pictures to use as decoration for the Fish Fry. Pictures of you holding your prize catch, fishing, deep sea fishing, groups, etc are needed. Please give the pictures to Teri. You can also email the pictures to [email protected] or text them to 706-271-5742.

The September/October edition of The Upper Room is available for pick-up in the Tucker Activity Center and the sanctuary.
