YOGA FOR GRIEF & ANXIETY

Gentle Healing Through Movement

Grief and anxiety can feel overwhelming — but healing is possible, and you don’t have to face it alone.

A Chance to Change is launching a 6-week yoga therapy group focused on emotional healing through movement and mindfulness, beginning Thursday, September 11th, 2025. Led by Clinical Director Brandi Gibson, this small, supportive group is designed to gently support well-being in a compassionate and welcoming environment.

Group starts Thursday, September 11th
Meets Every Thursday | 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Location: A Chance to Change, 213 W. Britton Rd, OKC, OK 73120
Cost: $30 per session

This group is limited to 8 participants to ensure personalized attention. Mats are provided, and chair yoga is available for those who prefer a gentler option.
