Proverbs 29:2
"When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan."
Men, the way we can assess how we are leading our families (righteously or wickedly) is by their response. When we lead them righteously they will be rejoicing but if all your wife and children do is grumble and complain, then it is time to put ourselves on check.
