🚨Just a reminder to get ready to shop! 🚨

The Ablaze Youth Ministry is having their annual garage sale! ❤️These kiddos have been working so hard to raise funds for camp! 💲
Come out and support them starting Thursday for UBC members!

Also, if you have any last minute donations, be sure to bring them to the church.

All church members can start shopping Thursday afternoon from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.! Friday it is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. 🥳🎉

This morning at Union Baptist Church we heard a sermon preached from Zephaniah 1: 1-18. Bro. Bruce McKenzie titled the sermon "Prepare for the Day of the Lord".

The phrase "The Day of the Lord" appears 7x's with the exact phrase and 20x's in 3 chapters. We learned several things from this sermon, but here are a few main points.

1.His Royal Pedigree/Audience
- speaking to us
2.The Coming Day of the Lord
-2Peter 3:10
-1Corinthians 15:50 & 58
3. Get rid of idols
4. The intensity of God's judgement
-Hebrews 12:29
-Deuteronomy 4:24

The Lord is promising a day of wrath for those being complacent.

2 Peter 3:18 states "But griw in grace and knowledge of our lord and Savior Jesus Christ to Him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity"

Be busy about the Kingdom! Don't be complacent!
