This week (5/18-5/24/26) for Kids at Picayune First:

Sunday (5/24): Regular Sunday schedule. SBF 9:30, Extended Session 10:30 (no Children's Church), Worship at 10:45 as we celebrate our graduating seniors. This week in SBF and Extended Session kids will learn about how John pointed to Jesus in John 3.

DON'T FORGET: immediately following church this Sunday, is our Volunteer Rally! Register on Realm to help us count for lunch. Come celebrate what our volunteers have done and learn about our needs as we prepare for our move to the LINK and two services during renovations.

Special note: VBS Registration is OPEN for both kids & teen/adult volunteers!! Head over to our website for more info: fbcpic.org We still need more adult and teen leaders! Register to help with VBS by the end of the day today (May 18th) to guarantee our volunteer tshirt!

This week (5/11-5/17/26) for Kids at Picayune First:

Register today (5/11) for our Wednesday night meal ASAP. This week is our FINAL Half-Time meal of the semester. Join us for hamburgers & hot dogs (w/ trimmings), chips, tostitos with nacho cheese, desert. (This is the same for both adult menu & kid's.)

Wednesday (5/13): FINAL Half-Time meeting of the semester! Kids will have fun activities to kick of the summer time. We won't do water based activities this year but we do hope to spend time outside. Please be sure they come in clothes conducive to outdoor activities! Dinner at 4:45, Chapel opens at 5:30 for school-age hang out. Activities from 6:00-7:30.

Sunday (5/3): Regular Sunday schedule. SBF 9:30, Extended Session 10:30 (no Children's Church), Worship at 10:45 as we celebrate our graduating seniors. This week in SBF and Extended Session kids will learn about Jesus and Nicodemus in John 3.

This week (4/27-5/3/26) for Kids at Picayune First:

Register today (4/27) for our Wednesday night meal ASAP. This week it's smothered chicken, black-eyed peas, baked potato casserole, turnip greens, salad, cornbread, & dessert. Kids have the option of chicken nuggets, tater tots, & yogurt.

Wednesday (4/29): Regular half-time meeting! Remember all adults in the sanctuary this season. Kids and students meeting in their regular places. This week kids will learn that Jesus forgives us out of Luke 5.

Sunday (5/3): Regular Sunday schedule. SBF 9:30, Extended Session & Children's Church 10:30, Worship at 10:45. This week in SBF, Extended Session, and Children's Church kids will learn about Jesus's First Miracle from John 2.

Huge thanks to everyone who participated in our annual spaghetti dinner/cake auction fundraiser last night! Your generosity is helping send so many kids and students to camp!

Register today (4/20) for our Wednesday night meal ASAP. This week it's a pulled pork sandwich, potato salad or chips, baked beans, and dessert. Kids have the option of a PB&J, chips, and yogurt instead.

Wednesday (4/22): Regular half-time meeting! Remember all adults in the sanctuary this season. Kids and students meeting in their regular places. This week kids will learn how Jesus healed people in Luke 4 & 5.

Sunday (4/26): Regular Sunday schedule. SBF 9:30, Extended Session & Children's Church 10:30, Worship at 10:45. This week in SBF, Extended Session, and Children's Church kids will learn about Jesus's First Followers in John 1.

Register today (4/13) for our Wednesday night meal ASAP. This week it's a sandwich bar (various meat options), chips, baked beans, and dessert. Kids have the option of a grilled cheese sandwich, chips, and yogurt.

Wednesday (4/15): Regular half-time meeting! Remember all adults in the sanctuary this season. Kids and students meeting in their regular places. This week kids will learn that Jesus loves everyone from Luke 4.

Sunday 4/19: Regular Sunday schedule. SBF 9:30, Extended Session & Children's Church 10:30, Worship at 10:45. This week in SBF, Extended Session, and Children's Church kids will about when Jesus was tempted in Matthew 4, Mark 1, & Luke 4.

Sunday afternoon/evening: Camp families will have their camp meeting followed by our annual spaghetti dinner/cake auction! If your child is going to camp, be looking for an email in the coming days!

What an incredible opportunity we have as parents and church leaders to help shape the first picture our children have of God! Even in our youngest age groups, it's not just babysitting or childcare, it's an opportunity to begin sharing the simplest truths about God. We get to teach through games and play, music, and art. Come see what it's all about!

So thankful to have worshiped with so many of you today!

See you Wednesday (4/8/26) at Half-Time! Don’t forget to sign up for Wednesday night meal by noon Monday (4/6/26). (Hamburger steak with various sides for adults and kids on the menu this week)

We’ll be back to our normal schedule Sunday, April 12th, as we celebrate family dedication. If you have a child, Babies—PreK4, and would like to participate in dedication, be sure to sign up ASAP this week!
