Church was great today!
Today’s sermon: “Laying on Hands” coming from Acts Chapter 8 ✨

We were reminded of the power of the Holy Spirit and how God moves through obedience, faith, and connection. When hands are laid, it’s more than a gesture—it’s a transfer of power, healing, and God’s anointing.

Acts 8 showed us that God’s power cannot be bought, manipulated, or faked—it is a gift given through a genuine heart and right spirit. 🙏🏾

Midweek Youth Night 🙌🏾💚

Tonight we taught about Handling Anger God’s Way. We talked about how anger is a real emotion—but God calls us to respond with self-control, love, and wisdom instead of letting it lead us into sin.

📖 Scripture Focus: Ephesians 4:23-32
We learned about renewing our minds, putting off the old ways, and choosing kindness, forgiveness, and love—just as Christ has shown us.

Our memory verse reminded us:
“Cease from anger, and forsake wrath…” (Psalm 37:8)

We’re raising a generation that chooses peace over reaction and seeks God first in every emotion 💪🏽✨
