Last night, our parish office staff had the joy of hosting a dinner to celebrate all of our incredible volunteers. ❤️

It was such a beautiful evening of gratitude, fellowship, and joy as we honored those who give so generously of their time and talents again and again. Our parish is stronger, warmer, and more welcoming because of each and every one of you.

Today, we observe two meaningful occasions: Memorial Day and the memorial of Blessed Mary, Mother of the Church. Jesus refers to the Holy Spirit as the “Advocate.” The Latin word for lawyer is “advocatus.” Like a lawyer, the Holy Spirit defends and guides us. So, when you’re in trouble, don’t forget — ask for your lawyer, and do what he tells you.
