For forty days, we will journey together into the heart of joy, vitality, and inner luminosity. Each morning, Monday through Saturday, you’ll receive a short video with a simple reflection, a soul nourishing affirmation, and a micro practice designed to help you live from your natural radiance. Think of it as a daily sunbeam for your spirit.

This is not about striving or self improvement. It’s about remembering. Reawakening. Reconnecting with the light that has always been yours. Summer is the perfect season for this—expansive, playful, generous with its warmth.

This practice is designed to nurture both heart and mind, weaving daily devotion into the rhythm of our lives.

* Each Sunday evening, you’ll receive a short 2–3 minute video with inspiration for the week ahead.

* Set aside 15 minutes daily to read, reflect, and allow Spirit to speak through the words.

*Join us for the optional Weekday Morning Meditation at 7am on Zoom, where we’ll deepen our spiritual practice in community, holding one another in love and accountability.

This is a safe, confidential space to show up regularly, or even just one time to see what Circles is all about, before you commit to one of the long-term circles that meets regularly on Zoom or in someone's home.
