We hope each of you has had an AMAZING week and has been staying cool in this heat! ☀️ We are officially heading into a FULL DC WEEKEND, and we are ready to celebrate, fellowship, and have a GOOD TIME together!

Tomorrow evening, our Kingdom Kidz are taking over! Pastor D and Lady Shy are excited and ready to hang out, have some fun, and make memories with our Kingdom Kidz! Come ready to GET WET and have a BLAST! 💦

🌳 SATURDAY | DC CHURCH COOKOUT | 2 PM–6 PM
Grab those lawn chairs, tents, spades, sunscreen, and your competitive spirit because A TIME WILL BE HAD!!!

And PLEASE—COME WITH AN EMPTY STOMACH! You already know DC knows how to EAT! We’re bringing out the grills and the fryers for a GOOD OLD-FASHIONED FISH FRY & BBQ! 🐟🔥🍗

Happy Monday!!! It’s officially ANNIVERSARY WEEK!!!

This week is going to move EXTREMELY fast, so please, please, PLEASE bear with us because communication will be coming your way quite a bit throughout the week! We want to make sure everyone stays informed and ready for everything we have planned.

We are celebrating 88 YEARS of God’s faithfulness, and this weekend is going to be ONE FOR THE HISTORY BOOKS!!!

Get ready, DC! Anniversary Weekend is almost here, and we cannot wait to celebrate, fellowship, worship, eat, laugh, and make memories together!

DC FAMILY!

Our Chat & Chew with Pastor D was truly a SUCCESS!

Pastor D took creativity to another level by creating a K-Pop inspired video to help our Kingdom Kidz learn more about God in a way that was fun, engaging, and relatable to them.

And listen… the Kidz made an executive decision today! We switched the menu from PIZZA to McDONALD’S because apparently our little people know exactly what they want!

We thank God for the leadership, creativity, and vision of our Pastor, Rev. Dr. Demond A. Hairston, and for his heart to reach every generation.

We also thank God for Rev. Robinson, our Minister over Children, and our entire CED Department for continuing to pour into our children with love, patience, and purpose.

It truly takes a village when you’re dealing with little people, and we thank God that DC has willing vessels who understand the importance of pouring into the next generation.

Today was filled with God, learning, laughter, McDonald’s, and fellowship!

We’re planting seeds now that we pray will last a lifetime.❤️
