opton, Apostle relocated to Arizona, October 2013. Currently, she serves
as Executive Director of Velma Rosemond Clopton Ministries whereas, she provides prophetic
counseling, coaching and consultation and Dean and Chief Instructor of The Realms of Glory
Prophetic Training & Discipleship School; (formerly, Global School of Prophetic Ministry). Dr.
Clopton is Founder/ Director of C.H.A.T.; (Called, Holy, Anointed and Trained) Women that
understand the mantle of their Apostolic & Prophetic Ministry and willing to network to build
capacity for releasing God’s Glory and expanding His kingdom through sharing in wisdom, insight,
transparency, ideas, both in the Kingdom, Market Place, Government & Education with
understanding of Dominion and authority. Purpose to encourage practices that unite, express
love and fulfill the Kingdom mandate in whatever sphere of influence and authority they are
called to serve. Dr. Clopton has been in ministry for over thirty-eight years. She also serves as Apostle to several
Senior Apostles & Prophets in Michigan, Mississippi and Ohio. She served in Pastoral Care in
Church in the City, World Challenge/Dave Wilkerson Ministries over twelve years and also as Sr. Pastor of Resurrection Promise Church for more than twelve years. She was Executive Director
of Love Inc. a subsidiary of World Vision. She was fonder of K.I.D.S. in need store to serve under
privilege children in schools. She founded a K- 3 school and Day Care Center. Dr. Velma
Rosemond Clopton also served in several capacities in organizations in the City of Detroit and
worked in education as a teacher for over ten years. She organized City-wide projects and
movements for racial reconciliation and unity. Dr. Clopton conducted training and development
for over forty-two churches to provide programs for community impact. She has conducted conferences, meetings, retreats, and ministered in churches, and to diverse
cultures for over thirty years. Dr. Rosemond-Clopton has ministered extensively throughout
Michigan and other states, as well as, traveled to Narioba Kenya, Rwanda Africa, Canada,
Dominican Republic. Dr. Rosemond- Clopton was a forerunner in the “prophetic” movement,
speaking the Word of the Lord to hundreds and releasing the power of the Holy Spirit in the lives
of thousands. Prophet Rosemond-Clopton believes that the prophetic word is pivotal to bringing
revival and releasing members of the Body of Christ into their gifting and destiny. She graduated
from William Tyndale College with a Bachelors of Business Administration, and holds both a
Masters of Arts degree and a Doctorate of Philosophy from the Minnesota Graduate School of
Theology. Other achievements include the publication of a Prophetic Bible Study; established the
School Of Prophetic Ministry: a two year prophetic and five-fold ministry program; a non-
profit community organization, T.R.E.E.S.; the Global Connection Network, a worldwide network
of prophetic people; and most recently organized the Voice of Freedom Network; produced a
Video of The Revelation: The Deep Hidden Mysteries of “Why” the Ancestral Bloodline Curse. revealing how to break curses and iniquities and release blessings of the Father.
