Pastor is back, and he brought a word straight from Psalm 46. No matter what has collapsed in your life, whether it is a diagnosis, a broken relationship, a lost job, or something else entirely, a shaken world does not mean we serve an absent God.
“Be still and know that I am God.” It is one of the most quoted verses in Scripture, but on Sunday, we unpacked what it truly means to be still with truth rather than lies, fear, and the wrong voices.
You cannot control when pain finds you, and it will find you. But you can control how you walk through it. Change your playlist. Run to God as your refuge, your strength, and your fortress. He is not absent. He is very present.
