Have you been thinking about attending Celebrate Recovery, but fear of the unknown keeps holding you back?

Maybe you’ve wondered…

What happens when I walk through those doors?
Will I know anyone?
Will I have to talk?
Will people judge me?
Do I even belong there?

Here’s what we want you to know:

The newcomer is the most important person walking through our doors.

We remember what it felt like to walk in for the first time. The nerves. The uncertainty. The temptation to turn around and go home.

You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You don’t have to tell your whole story.
You don’t even have to know exactly why you’re there.

You just have to take that first step through the door.

WHAT DO YOU WANT YOUR LEGACY TO BE?

Legacy isn’t just what people say about us when we’re gone.
It’s what we leave behind in the lives of the people coming after us.

Some of us inherited pain we never asked for:
Addiction
Anger
Abandonment
Broken relationships
Unforgiveness
Fear
Shame
Secrets

But just because it was passed down to us doesn’t mean it has to be passed down through us.

Celebrate Recovery can be one of the tools God uses to help us heal, change, and break cycles that may have existed in our families for generations.

Your children don’t have to carry what you carried.
Your grandchildren don’t have to fight the same battles.
A new legacy can begin with you.

Mental Health Check-In: What color are you today?

Sometimes it helps to stop and honestly ask ourselves, “How am I really doing?”

🟢 GREEN — GO: I’m doing well. Keep practicing healthy habits, staying connected, and taking care of yourself.

🟡 YELLOW — SLOW: I’m struggling a little. Pay attention to what you’re feeling, use the tools you’ve learned, and reach out to someone you trust.

🔴 RED — STOP: I’m overwhelmed and need support. Please don’t try to carry it alone. Reach out and ask for help.

Wherever you are today, remember: your mental health matters. Asking for help is not a weakness. Sometimes it’s one of the strongest and healthiest choices we can make.

At Celebrate Recovery, we believe we were never meant to walk through life’s hurts, hang-ups, and habits alone. There is hope, there is help, and there are people ready to walk alongside you.
