Motherhood is not a one-size fits all…
Motherhood is complex and is filled with some moments that are
Sweet, messy, hard, bittersweet, heartbreaking, and sometimes overwhelming and frustrating.

It is holy calling that propels you into one of the deepest self-sacraficing love’s of your life.

And oftentimes echoes, the bittersweet words of Jesus, saying

“This is My body which is broken for you, take and eat.” -1 Cor 11:24

Motherhood, is calling that sometimes means pouring oil from an empty cup and waiting in faith for the Lord to fill it.

And He does.

Over and Over and Over Again.

He fills your cup.

And yet there is a real tension that exists when it comes to Motherhood.

For some of you Motherhood has a looked like

Longing

For some of you it has looked like

Pain

For others it has looked like grieving.

And for some motherhood has felt like a lonely road

If you find yourself in any of these places on this Mother’s Day here is your gentle reminder:

His eye is on the sparrow.

Mamma, whatever season of motherhood you find yourself in

His eye is on the sparrow.

He sees you.
He is NEAR to you.
He loves you & He honors you.

May The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.

This summer, Women’s Ministry is opening up a sweet space for moms + littles to gather, play, connect, and build community together.

We’ll have the indoor playground open, nursery classrooms available for play, and plenty of space for fellowship and connection.

Whether you’re a brand new mama, chasing toddlers, or just looking for community this summer—you are so welcome here 💛

This semester in our Jesus & Women study, we’ve been slowing down and looking closely at the women in Scripture.

Women like Mary.
Elizabeth.
Anna.

Each with a different story.
Each with a different calling.

But every one of them seen, known, and used by God.

Their lives remind us that discipleship has never looked just one way.
Sometimes it looked like saying yes to an impossible calling.
Sometimes it looked like waiting faithfully.
Sometimes it looked like leadership, courage, or simply staying when others ran.

In a world that often overlooked women, Scripture reminds us that God never did.

Their faith mattered.
Their obedience mattered.
Their voices mattered.

And through their lives we see something beautiful —
that God invites women into the work of His kingdom and the story of discipleship.

And they still speak to us today.

On this International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women who have gone before us and the women God is still calling today. 💛

Some of you are standing at your threshold moment.

That space in between decisions —
where faith asks more than comfort
and obedience costs something real.

For some of you, it’s a calling you don’t feel ready for.
An obedience you’ve been resisting.
A conversation you’ve been avoiding.

You don’t feel qualified.
You don’t feel prepared.
But you sense God is inviting you forward.

For others, the threshold isn’t stepping into something new.
It’s releasing control of something you’ve been holding tightly —
control over your kids,
a relationship,
an outcome you desperately want to manage.

The step forward isn’t bold.
It’s vulnerable.

And for some of you, this isn’t a first yes.
It’s a second one.

A yes after disappointment.
A yes after burnout.
A yes after you thought you were done.

In Luke 1, Mary stands at her threshold and responds,
“Let it be to me according to Your word.”

God is not forcing you.
He is inviting you.

Rabbis didn’t disciple women.
Jesus did.

He didn’t keep women on the edges — He invited them close.

From Mary at His feet to the women who funded, followed, and first proclaimed the resurrection, Luke shows us a Savior who forms disciples through proximity.

Sister, you are not only called daughter — you are an invited disciple.

Jesus & Women begins this week.
Come sit at His feet. 💛

🌿This semester, we’re tracing how Jesus consistently draws women into His ministry, mission, and way of life throughout the Gospel of Luke.

🌿Luke shows us not only who Jesus is, but what it looks like to follow Him as a disciple.

🌿While not every passage centers on a woman, every passage reveals a Savior who invites women into a life marked by faith, surrender, prayer, generosity, endurance, and obedience.

As we step into 2026, here is a gentle reminder that whether it is taking care of your littles, washing a full sink of dishes, tackling the laundry piles that are overdue, studying for the midterm, or out in your field of work, or simply starting new…

All of it is as unto the Lord, it is holy, it is hardy, it is self-sacraficing, it is dying to flesh and all of it is as unto the Lord.

Friend this is your worship, and the Lords sees it and he honors it 🤍

The start of a new year can come with the external pressures to reinvent yourself, your routine, and your habits but let me let you in on a little secret…

There was never anything wrong with it to begin with… You are EXACTLY where you are supposed to be and the Lord is not calling you to reinvent yourself he is calling you to everyday faithfulness where he meets you with compassion, grace, mercy and peace.

So if you find yourself struggling stepping into this year, here is your sign to slow down and rest in His grace.

He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.
Isaiah 40:11

As we prepare for the spring semester of Bible study, we need your help 🤍

Help us spread the word—we’re hiring PAID teachers and helpers for:
• Tuesday morning homeschool classes 📚🤍
• Tuesday night childcare 🧸🤍

These positions are for a 13-week semester, with one week off for Easter 🌸✝️

You don’t have to be a teacher to serve—helpers are deeply needed 🥰
Curriculum and ongoing support are provided, and classes are unit-study based, age-appropriate, and taught through a biblical worldview 🤍

If you know someone who might be a great fit—a homeschool parent, stay-at-home or work-from-home adult, or even a homeschool dad—we’d love to connect with them 🤍
