Youth Committee Christmas Party 2025! We are grateful for this team of leaders who serve throughout the year as we celebrate all that God has done. What makes the AZYM culture special is the relational ministry and trust built over time. We don’t just pray together—we laugh together. Tonight was no exception. Including Jeopardy and a send off keynote presentation from Yoyo Garcia.

Glendale, Arizona — October 24–25, 2025
Arizona Youth Convention 2025 gathered nearly 1,200 students and leaders from 62 churches at Harvest Church in Glendale for a powerful weekend centered on the theme “Jesus Is Coming Soon.”

From the opening session, God moved mightily among students. Over 200 young people responded to the gospel for salvation, praying with their leaders in an altar room dedicated to helping them take their next steps in following Jesus. Throughout the weekend, students experienced God’s presence in worship, sensed His call to ministry, and committed to join in His mission with renewed urgency.

A highlight of the convention was a live broadcast featuring missionaries serving in sensitive regions of the world, produced by Brandon Greenawalt. Students responded with a Speed the Light offering to help advance the gospel in the Arab world—an unforgettable moment of generosity and global vision.

The event also featured an exciting “Battle Royale” REC experience, moments of celebration and unity under the banner of Jesus, and a heartfelt tribute to Jiovan Garcia for his years of ministry in Arizona, as he transitions to serve with the Northwest Ministry Network.

We extend gratitude to our special speakers—Matt Harder (District Youth Director, Northwest Ministry Network) and two missionary guests who joined us live from sensitive countries. Worship was led powerfully by 29:11 Worship, with creative contributions from United Dance Company, with appearances from Blare Wood & Christian Chambliss. We are deeply grateful to Pastor Ron Rockwell and the entire Harvest Church team for their incredible hospitality, and to Nick Whitestone and Steven Hernandez for leading our altar ministry.

A special thank you to the Arizona Youth and Youth Alive Team— Griffin McGrath, Monica Freeman, Asheley Ouimet, Bethany McGrath, Yoyo Garcia, Megan Kronstedt, Adrian Alcaraz, and Gavin Kuruvilla—along with the AZYM Interns, SEU Arizona, and all the volunteers who made this event possible.

Arizona Youth Convention 2025 was a powerful reminder that the gospel is going forth with urgency—Jesus is calling this generation to rise up, follow Him, and reach the ends of the earth.
