Let’s get active women of God! Let us get outside and experience the beautiful creation of our Lord! Drink plenty of water and avoid excessive amounts of heat.

The modern world is full of distracting stimuli — flashing screens, vibrating phones, rumbling highways — that fight for our limited attention. This constant overstimulation may boost your stress levels without your knowledge.

When you need to relax and recharge, the natural world can provide a mental and emotional haven. Nature's relaxing sensory pleasures, from the aroma of flowers to the symphony of bird singing, may retain your attention without draining your mental energy.

People pleasing is rooted in fear and is focused on earning love. Genuine love casts out all fears.

For a variety of reasons, such as a need to be liked or a fear of rejection, the people-pleaser feels compelled to win over others. He believes that if he quits trying to please everyone, they would all reject him and he will be left alone and unwanted. He might also be afraid of failing because he knows that doing so will cause him to disappoint people, which he fears will result in punishment or other unfavorable effects.

Dependent personality disorder and the propensity to please go hand in hand. The people-pleaser may not require assistance from others, yet they still have a need for them. Here are a few traits that people-pleasing persons have.

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath- James 1:19 KJV. A beautiful reminder.

We can't "fix" other people; we can only make space for them to come to their own conclusions. Ask yourself: "Am I trying to reduce the others' upset, or am I trying to reduce my discomfort at their upset?" To swiftly ease their distress, people frequently use "dismissive" language ("If you're okay, I'll be okay again"). Being able to endure our suffering helps us to endure others'. If it feels too much, recommend a professional to protect your welfare.

Learn how to stop the cycle of self-sabotage!

The brain uses self-sabotage to warn you that you are going to move away from what is familiar and toward what is unknown. This is typical because your brain is merely attempting to keep you secure.

But doing so can prevent you from reaching your objectives. So, it can be beneficial to increase your awareness of your triggers and work on getting more accustomed to the unfamiliar in order to cease self-sabotaging. Here are some ideas to consider.

What you feed your thoughts is what will ultimately matter. Your way of thinking can reveal a lot about who you are as a person! You must realize that the way we think is responsible for more than half of the difficulties in our life. The worst thing that we can possibly do is to frequently accept failure before we have even begun.

The adage "Begin with the goal in mind" is very true. If we continuously think negatively, bad things will happen. Hence, we need to give our minds food for hope, trust, and love. This will undoubtedly flow through us and influence what we do.

Happy International Women’s Month!

To empower means to grant official authority or legal power, to make/give someone stronger and more confident, especially in controlling their life and claiming their rights. Control over one's own life and equality of access to society are two characteristics of empowerment. Women's empowerment is....

Philippians 4:6: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”

In addition to having an impact on your mental health, stress can also harm your physical health.
Stress can sneak up on us all at some point, whether you deal with it rarely or frequently. Although we frequently examine how stress impacts our mental health, the burden it can have on our body is equally vital to take into account.
