Perfecting the Saints is a ministry founded by Minister Lynda Crooms. Minister Crooms has membership under the Pentecostal Orthodox Church (Maryland) and Holy Ghost Revival Ministry (Arizona). The foundational scriptures for Perfecting the Saints Facebook ministry rest upon Ephesians 4:11-15.

uip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. Minister Crooms was called by God to equip the saints by teaching and cementing their relationship with Holy Spirit, thereby helping the church to be better able to withstand the last days.

A Little More Time With Jesus

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
There is always a good time to spend time with God. There is never a bad time to spend more time with our Father. With the increased stress and strain of this world, be it jobs, politics, finances, sickness, death of loved ones, or other worries, God has not forgotten you. You are always on his mind.
Perfecting the Saints will encourage you to spend a little extra time with Jesus, providing a daily reminder and a scripture reference.

What is the Feast of Tabernacles?

The Feast of Tabernacles, also known as booths or Sukkot, is a seven-day festival, most often celebrated by the Jewish that is commanded in the Bible (Leviticus 23) to commemorate the Israelites' 40 years of wandering in the wilderness after their exodus from Egypt.

We follow the Feast of Tabernacles because of the edict that it was to be at statute for ever, in all our generations. (Leviticus 23:14; 23:31).

Seek ye first, the kingdom of God

1 Timothy 6:10 (KJV)

For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

It is nothing new that people get distracted from the things of Christ and follow riches instead. However, it has become more blatant in these end times. Capitalism has become akin to a religion. People worship at the feet of the capitalist. People follow, study, quote, and believe the capitalist. Some believe (and perhaps want) capitalists to run the world. Our history shows it has never ended well when people chase wealth instead of Christ.

The Bible is clear about what and where our focus should be.

Matthew 6:33 (KJV)

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

God is our provider (Jehovah Jireh). Do not get distracted by negativity during these times. God is our peace in these storms (Jehovah Shalom). He will lead you in the right direction if you lean on him. He is our Shepherd. (Jehovah Raah).

Seek God. Not mammon (money). God has all the things that you need.
