Philo United Methodist Church We are a rural church with a passion to share the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world through worship, service and love.

In 1830 a few families met at the James Hammet home where a circuit rider named Rev. Goff organized the class which was the beginning of the Philo United Methodist Church. Since then many things like the community, nation and church has changed. But the gospel of Jesus Christ continues to be the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.
