Philo United Methodist Church welcomed the Duncan Falls/Philo Lion’s Club for their February meeting last night. The church is privileged to host this group bi-monthly to aid in our efforts to replace our furnace system. A great big thank you to the J.W. & M.H. Straker Charitable Foundation for their generous donation to help the church with the purchase of our furnace system.

The congregation of Philo United Methodist Church was blessed to receive a grant from The J.W. & M.H. Straker Charitable Foundation. This grant will enable our church to continue its ministry in the Philo and Duncan Falls Communities. The J.W. & M.H. Straker Charitable Foundation has and continues to do great things for the people in Muskingum county.

You are invited to join us on Sunday, April 17th at 7:30 am for an Easter Sunrise Service in our sanctuary. A breakfast will follow in the church basement. Philo United Methodist church is located at 153 Main St., Philo, Ohio.

Pastor Dee, who served this congregation for six years has received her reward in heaven. She was a faithful pastor to her flock and will be greatly missed by so many. Well done good and faithful servant enter into the joy that He has prepared for you since the beginning of time itself.
