🌸 Tribute to Pastor Ruth Vincent 🌸
A lot of female pastors don’t receive the flowers or recognition they truly deserve — simply because they are women.
Whether people want to admit it or not, there’s still a lingering stigma that says women aren’t supposed to lead from the pulpit.
But God uses who He wants, how He wants, and when He wants. 🙌🏽
And this Pastor right here… is living proof of that.
Pastor Ruth Vincent is like no other.
Before anything else, she is human — real, transparent, and authentic.
Yet she wears more hats than most could ever imagine.
I’ve had the privilege of seeing her in action — both in ministry and in her personal life — and my respect for her has grown tremendously this past year.
I’ve watched her carry heavy burdens behind closed doors while still showing up for everyone else with grace and strength.
She runs a household, leads a church, and remains a steady shepherd to so many souls.
Sometimes I ask myself, how does she do it? How is she still standing?
We all have 24 hours in a day… but it feels like God gives her a few extra because of who she is and how she serves. 💫
She’s a 24-hour caregiver for her father, a loving and devoted wife, a hands on mother and grandmother, a loyal friend, and a Pastor who truly gets in the trenches with her people.
She prays with you.
She holds you accountable.
She pours into you, mentors you, and gets you all the way together — yet somehow, she often forgets to pour back into herself. 💗
And I can honestly say — you have caught every one of my tears and prayed me through some of the hardest times of my life. 😢
When I need you to take off the pastor hat, you do it with love.
You let me vent with no judgment — but at the end of it all, you always cover me in prayer and point me right back to God. 🙏🏽
Today, Pastor Ruth Vincent — we celebrate YOU. 💐
You deserve to be honored not just for what you do, but for who you are.
Many may not see the sacrifices you make, but God does.
He knows every tear, every prayer, every unseen moment — and for that, you are blessed beyond measure.
