HQ currently meets on Wednesday evenings, 7pm at Emmanuel Resurrection Episcopal Church (8201 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19136). HQ exists in order to create an environment in which everyone, particularly the youth of this generation, will:
•Learn of God’s love and salvation through Jesus Christ, grow in His Word, and develop the knowledge necessary to stand up for their beliefs with conf
idence.
•Find safety and comfort by escaping the all too common trials of their lives in the peaceful environment of God’s family.
•Feel encouraged and supported in their individuality, while also being guided toward healthier and more positive attitudes and habits, based on Biblical Truth.
•Learn the value of Biblical principals like honesty, sacrifice, self control, self worth, hard work, kindness, diligence, leadership, and much more, through study, discussion, and practical application.
•Learn about, and practice discipline in, the art of edifying those around them, particularly their peers.
•Defeat the egocentric nature of sin by making a concerted effort to always put others first, even those who do not reciprocate such kindness.
•Grow an understanding and appreciation for worship; we can glorify God in all that we do!
