Victory Outreach Ministries . The mission of Victory Outreach Ministries is to make use of the many opportunities and abilities God had given us to bring hope to a dying world.

We allow the Holy Spirit to be used as a vehicle providing others freedom to develop and reach their full potential in Christ. Also, our Ordinances and Doctrines of the church shall be taught and administered.
