John 20:31 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:

Truth Memorial Baptist Church will be a teaching headquarters.

MISSION STATEMENT:

To love our neighbors, encourage them to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, make disciples and impact our community. People will come from all over to learn about God’s Word. A radio and TV broadcast will be heard all over the world to teach and equip God’s people to be effective in their daily lives. Team ministries will make an impact on the community to win the lost at any co

st. The gospel will be shared to every individual that comes through our doors. They will leave with the intention of living for Christ in a Christless society. A powerful Youth Ministry that will reach young people of all ages and motivate them to live circumspectly in this world. The ministry will be financially self-supporting. We will reach the homeless through feeding, clothing and housing them. We will build them up both physically and spiritually. A Day Care Center for the working family will supply a child with a Christian atmosphere thus producing a conducive environment for learning at an early age. A Recreation Center where all are welcome. Fun activities, counseling, support will be available. Good role models for the young to follow. We want to reconcile the institution of the family to God and to each other. Whereby each member of the family will know and take their rightful place in the home through the power of God’s Word and His Holy Spirit.

THE AUTHORITY OF CALLING HIS NAME!
In 2 Chronicles:9, the people of Judah understood that there was authority, protection, and deliverance in calling on the name of the Lord during trouble. They believed that when disaster, judgment, sickness, or war came against them, they could stand before God’s presence and cry out to Him with confidence, knowing He would hear and save them. The authority in calling His name is not found in human strength, status, or ability, but in trusting the power and faithfulness of God Himself. His name becomes a refuge for those who seek Him sincerely, reminding believers that prayer is not powerless words, but an act of faith that invites God’s intervention, guidance, and victory into impossible situations.

Romans 8:15 reminds us that through Christ, we no longer live under fear, bo***ge, or a spirit that makes us feel distant from God. Instead, we have received the Spirit of adoption, which gives us the right to call God our Father. **“I Took a DNA Test”** can be summarized as a declaration of spiritual identity: when we belong to God, our true family line is not defined by fear, shame, or the past, but by sonship and daughterhood in Him. The test reveals that we are children of God, loved, accepted, and no longer slaves to anything that once controlled us.
