Pope Francis will consecrate Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary tomorrow, March 25th at 10:00am EST in St Peter's Basilica. The act of consecration will be performed in communion with the local Churches throughout the world.

In response to the ongoing military conflict in Ukraine, Pope Francis has invited bishops throughout the world to join him on Friday, March 25th, the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord, in the consecration of Ukraine and Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
In prayerful solidarity with the Holy Father, Most Reverend Nelson J. Pérez, Archbishop of Philadelphia, will be the principal celebrant at a Mass at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. Most Reverend Borys Gudziak, Metropolitan Archbishop for Ukrainian Catholics in the United States, will preach the homily.
Archbishop Pérez and Archbishop Gudziak strongly encourage all clergy, religious, and lay faithful to join together as part of this solemn act of consecration.
