Our St. John Paul II Parish community is grieving the tragic death of Riley Costello, a young woman whose loss has touched so many people throughout Port Richmond and beyond.
This Sunday, August 23, at 6:00 PM at Nativity BVM Church, we will offer Mass for the repose of Riley’s soul and for the consolation of her family, friends, classmates, neighbors, and all those whose hearts are hurting because of her death.
Everyone is welcome. We especially invite Riley’s friends, classmates, fellow students, and young people who knew and loved her to join us.
There are moments when words simply are not enough. At times like this, we need one another—and we need a place to bring our sorrow, our questions, our memories, and our prayers before God.
Please join us Sunday evening as we come together as a community to remember Riley, to pray for her, and to support one another in faith and hope.
