SOCIAL MEDIA RULES OF CONDUCT
The purpose of this page is to inform, edify, communicate and encourage our worldwide audience with news and information from First Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ Inc. via social media platforms. The following guidelines are meant to promote decency and to reinforce the standards set forth through teaching and the First Church by-laws:
*DO NOT tamper with the First Church social media logos or use them for your personal cover photos and profile pictures
*Watch parties will not be allowed unless given prior approval by First Church Social Media Admins.
*DO NOT attempt to interpret, explain, or break down any Scriptures, and do not post any trial sermons. Instead, prayer, testimonies, and words of support are encouraged.
*DO NOT post pictures of saints drinking, smoking, using drugs, provocatively dressed, wearing jewelry, or engaged in any activity which tends to endorse an ungodly lifestyle or appearance.
*DO NOT take it upon yourself to argue or fight against negative or hateful comments directed at First Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ Inc. or directed at our leader Pastor Gino Jennings. The doctrine of Holiness, which we believe, will stand regardless, and our leader is very capable of defending himself with the word of God. Please exercise discipline and do not engage in such disputations.
*DO NOT use explicit, abusive, disrespectful, rude, sexual, bullying, or racist language.
*DO NOT send sexually suggestive messages, including via direct message. This site is not for dating or hookups, and sexual innuendo will not be tolerated.
*DO NOT post any videos, pictures or memes expressing explicit or filthy ideas whether or not actual words are used.
*DO NOT gossip, make false accusations, cause confusion, or backbite anyone, including our leader Pastor Gino Jennings, other members, and other organizations.
*DO NOT attempt to use this site to recruit for, or promote, any other religious entity.
*DO NOT use this site for advertising businesses or services.
*Please REFRAIN from sharing another person’s ill health condition, or the death of another person’s loved one, without first obtaining that person’s permission.
Please be mindful of the above rules and respect them as you use this site. Violations may result in immediate termination or unfriend without further notice.
