Happy Father’s Day to all fathers, father figures, and spiritual fathers who lead with love, strength, wisdom, and faith.

Today we also pause to lovingly remember the late Archbishop J. Shawn Urquhart, a faithful servant of God, devoted father and spirtual father, and leader whose legacy continues to inspire many. Though he is greatly missed, his impact, teachings, and love remain in our hearts.

Thank you to every father who sacrifices, protects, guides, and prays. May God richly bless you today and always.

Happy Father’s Day!

A Season Concludes for Tabernacle of Praise Church, But the Legacy Remains for Apostolic Covenant Fellowship of Churches and Ministries!

Today, with prayerful reflection and gratitude, we acknowledge the closing of a significant chapter in ministry. While the doors of one season may close, the impact of lives touched, prayers prayed, souls strengthened, and labor rendered for the Kingdom of God will continue for generations to come.

Tabernacle of Praise ACFCM Church was more than a ministry. It was a place of worship, fellowship, growth, sacrifice, and Kingdom work. We honor the vision, leadership, and legacy of our beloved Archbishop J. Shawn Urquhart, and we celebrate every leader, minister, worker, member, and supporter who helped build and sustain this ministry through faith and dedication.

As Ecclesiastes reminds us, there is a time for every purpose under heaven. Though this chapter has reached its appointed conclusion, we move forward with confidence, knowing that God is still writing the next chapter.

Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey. The ministry may conclude its earthly chapter, but its legacy shall endure.

“For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” — 1 Corinthians 3:11

HOUSE OF KINGS MAGAZINE | LEGACY EDITION OFFICIALLY RELEASED

The wait is over. The Legacy Edition has officially dropped.

Today marks more than the release of a magazine. Today marks the preservation of a sacred moment in the history of the Church.

House of Kings Magazine extends its deepest gratitude to the Apostolic Covenant Fellowship of Churches and Ministries for entrusting us with the honor and responsibility of documenting and releasing this historic edition capturing the final chapter of one era and the emergence of another.

Years ago, a visionary churchman, father, and builder, Archbishop J. Shawn Urquhart, laid the foundation for a work that would impact generations. Through prayer, sacrifice, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to apostolic order, he built more than an organization he built a legacy.

Today, that legacy continues.

There is something profoundly moving about witnessing a mantle pass from the hands of a father to the one he affectionately called “Son.” What began as a vision in the heart of Archbishop Urquhart now moves forward into the hands of the first successor to occupy this sacred place in succession.

To Bishop-Designate Ronald E. Durant-Parker, the newly revealed Primus Episcopus, we offer our heartfelt congratulations and prayers. May you carry the weight of this legacy with grace, wisdom, courage, and unwavering faith. The path before you has been paved by sacrifice, but the future before you is filled with promise.

The chair is no longer empty.

The mantle has found its bearer.

The legacy lives on.

Congratulations, Bishop-Designate Ronald E. Durant-Parker. The next chapter begins now.
