The Liberti Communion is a family of churches for flourishing mission.

Together, we plant and strengthen churches, develop leaders, and partner together for local and global mercy initiatives, all for the glory of God.

This seminar is for women in the Liberti Communion who regularly serve. Deaconess, staff members, home group leaders, or any women investing in your church.

As always, we will invite broadly, but there is no comparison to an intentional personal invite from the pastor.

Lastly, if your church has the ability, I encourage you to consider offering an in-person viewing party option. Zoom is great for communicating information, but it leaves much to be desired in terms of building camaraderie or deepening personal relationships. Furthermore, people are more likely to ask questions if they are asking a trusted friend or mentor, so you might see more engagement if you are able to offer an in-person option.

Three ways this trip changed the lives of 29 teens

1. “Every kid left encouraged.”
It’s easy to notice the outgoing extroverted students. After a long day of service projects, all the teens gathered around in a circle. Each person had a chance to give and receive a compliment. Leaders were worried that people would ignore the quieter reserved students. And yet, every single person received a meaningful word of encouragement from a fellow team member.

2. “I felt humbled.”
For many of the students, this was their first time ever experiencing ministry outside the context of their local church. It can be easy to assume people all over the world experience Christian faith the same, but this trip showed students they are apart of the beautifully diverse kingdom.

3. “When is the next trip?”
Before the plane landed back in the states, students were already asking to apply for the next trip! Short-term trips such as this one help ignite a lifelong passion to support missions as well as give a greater understanding of The Great Commission.

3 Reasons Ways Monthly Prayer Videos Keep Us Connected ⬇️

What are monthly prayer videos?
Each month, a different Liberti Church films a video outlining various prayer requests and updates to share with the rest of the Communion. These are then shared in newsletters, across social media, and during Sunday services.

Reason 1: Staying Close While Apart
Although we may be separated by distance, these quick videos remind us that we aren’t alone. God is moving in and through our family of churches across the northeast region.

Reason 2: Easily Accessible Information
Staying up to date on all the inner workings at 10 different churches is no easy task! These videos help keep everyone in the Communion informed about church plants, leadership changes, and big updates without needing to be subscribed to 10 newsletters.

Reason 3: Doing More Together Than We Could Apart
The churches of the Liberti Communion seek to live, speak, and serve as the very presence of Jesus. Staying informed helps us better work towards that flourishing mission together.

Our partnerships overseas are more than financial; they are personal, and they set the standard for how we wish to engage in future missions.

It is our goal that the ties between our churches and missionaries or mission partners is not held solely by our leaders but by our congregants, from where future missionaries and global leaders will emerge.

It is our prayer that as you flip through this registry of faithful brothers and sisters serving around the world, it may spur you on to prayer, good works with your neighbors, and perhaps even a mission trip yourself!
