We are so grateful for the opportunity to link arms with six other churches across the Columbus/Phenix City area through Convoy of Hope to serve our local school systems this summer.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and helped make this project possible! Throughout June, we’ll have opportunities to serve one of our neighboring schools, PCIS, and we’d love for you and your family to be part of it.

We’ll share more details tomorrow about how you can get involved. We can’t wait to serve our community together as a Village family!

What a beautiful evening loving on our Village family!

Anthony shared Scripture and short testimony with the kids, we enjoyed an intense game of four square, filled our bellies with pizza, and spent the evening laughing, connecting, and making memories together.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped love our Village so well. We are grateful for each of you and for the community we are building together. It is a joy to walk alongside one another and create a place where everyone feels loved and valued.

This past Sunday at Village Church we talked about The Cost of Living — and the reality that following Jesus will cost us something… but what we gain in Him is worth far more than anything we leave behind. Jesus never promised comfort over commitment. He called us to deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow Him.
Salvation is free… but discipleship is costly.
The question is not: “Will following Jesus cost me something?”
The question is: “Is He worth it?” And the answer is always yes.

Life brings suffering, sometimes through no fault of our own, and other times because of our own rebellion. Either way, God invites us not to suffer in silence, but to call upon Him. Like Israel in Judges 6, we often wait too long to cry out, trying to manage pain that only humility can truly heal.

Thank you for the prayers whispered late at night.
For the sacrifices nobody saw.
For the strength you carried when life felt heavy.
For the love that reflected the heart of Jesus in everyday moments.

Motherhood is holy work. It’s not always loud or celebrated, but it shapes generations.
