October match: We had many placings and both of our teams made top 3! The Searchers division team was made up of our veteran quizzers and are in a higher competition level, and our Beginners division team is filled with first year quizzers. Needless to say, we are VERY proud of them and can’t wait to see them improve for next month’s match!!!!

Searchers Team (Emma, Ivan, and KK):
Emma - 2nd Place, 270 points, 1 Quiz Out
KK - 3rd Place overall, 215 points, 2 Quiz Outs
Ivan - 5th Place overall, 120 points
Team scored 2nd Place Overall - 605 points

Beginners Team (Patrick, David, Joshua, and Hayden):
David - 1st Place, 555 points, 4 Quiz Outs
Patrick - 2nd Place, 375 points, 5 Quiz Outs
Hayden barely missed top 10 with placing #13
Team scored 1st Place Overall - 945 points

~David scored over half of the overall team points and Patrick got a “Quiz Out” EVERY match! Second place team in their Beginners division had 380 overall points!

I need to know as soon as possible if you will be coming with your child/children to Mobile for our 1st match so that we may make appropriate hotel reservations. We will leave around 5pm or so on Friday the 6th to head to the hotel and will start quizzing Saturday morning.
