Reminder: 2024, a year of overflow and divine rescue!

"Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God; for He has given you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you...The threshing floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil" Joel 2:23-25, NKJV.

Each year, the Lord gives me a word for the year that blesses our family and our ministries. Without fail, that word has come to pass. Last year was a year of great manifestation and great blessing. We want to share the word for 2024 to encourage you, and we pray it will strengthen you and bless you and your family.

This will be a year of overflow and divine rescue. Some of us have been waiting for God to get us out of some things for a long time, and this year, God is going to divinely rescue us from it. You've been wanting it to be resolved for a long time, and this year, God is going to resolve it. You will have oneness with God. Oneness with His will for your life. There will be a holy desire to be at one with the Father and His calling for your life, and God will help you to step into it. There will be an agreement with what God wants, and that's what you will do. Jesus prayed that we would be one as they are one. You will do what is good. Good to your neighbor, and good will be done to you. The blessing of the Lord on your life will take over. The blessing will open the door. You will see the hand of God do it Himself. The favor of God will go before you and prosper your way. God is going to shape your life into what He intended. You will see and possess. Others will know and see the blessing of God on your life. After this year, everything about you will not be the same. You will truly experience being the lender and not the borrower. The blessings of the Lord are going to overtake you.

"You haven't seen how much I'm going to love on you this year. Like oil, it is going to overflow. It's going to heal and wash away all the pain from past years. It is going to be refreshing to your soul. I'm going to breathe on you fresh winds, give you fresh oil, revive you, and free you to the overflow. You thought you were free, but nothing like the freedom you will experience this year. I'm overflowing. You needed something new, and that's what I will do for you this year. I am here, and this year, I will minister to my people like never before. Overflow. Overflow. Overflow. What you experienced from me in 2023, there will be an overflow of it in 2024. Get ready to run. I am doing a quick work. Take My hand and trust Me. As with Lot's wife, don't look back. Let this world go. Prepare to come home. As you let it go, watch Me overflow", says the Lord.

Your Heavenly Father has pulled you up out of darkness and out of the pit of despair. He has sat you in heavenly places in Christ Jesus and no one can remove you from there where the Lord your God speaks over you tenderly. He sings over you a song of victory. His voice silences your enemy. He rests in His love for you. He assures you of His sovereignty. And all is well. All is well where He reigns. He reigns in you. Oh, the King rests, rules, and abides in you and causes you to see miracle after miracle. As He performs wonder after wonder, you will stay in the presence of your Father. The enemy can't move you. He is not strong enough. You would have to choose to leave the one who brought you this victory. But I believe you will stay at His feet. You will stay in your seat and in His presence where He speaks over you, sings over you, and plays heavenly sounds in your ear.

"The Lord your God is in your midst, a Warrior who saves. He will rejoice over you with joy; He will be quiet in His love [making no mention of your past sins], He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy" Zephaniah 3:17, Amplified.

The Lord fights for you and He is faithful and true. Just like a rock has specific characteristics, so does your Father. No matter the circumstance, His character doesn't change. That's what you must lean into right now. The character of God.

"Why is the LORD bringing us into this land, to fall by the sword? Our wives and our little ones will become a prey. Would it not be better for us to go back to Egypt?" And they said to one another, "Let us choose a leader and go back to Egypt" Numbers 14:3-4, ESV.

Slavery in Egypt seemed far better to the Israelites than having to rely on God in the wilderness. At their breaking point they preferred slavery and stability over freedom and uncertainty. You may be at your breaking point and are tempted to go back to the place God delivered you from because you see no other way, but hear the word of the Lord today:

"There’s nothing for you in those old places where I delivered you. Don’t go back to bo***ge. Hold fast to My promise. If you hold on for a little while longer, I will make a way out of no way for you and your family. If you will obey Me and follow My ways, I will help you reach your place of promise. I will supply all your need according to My riches in glory in Christ Jesus. I am Jehovah-Jireh your provider and I will keep My promise to you."
