Lakewood Baptist Church is an exciting community of believers that God has raised up in Delafield, WI. While we enjoy every aspect of church-life, the focus of our church is the faithful teaching of the Bible. We meet on Sunday mornings at Cushing Elementary School in the City of Delafield (one block north of I-94 on Highway C). Bible Study is at 9:15 a.m., and the worship service is at 10:15. As
part of LBC, Rooted:Lakewood teens is committed to the mission of LBC: Growing People through God's Word. We endeavor to engage teens in thoughtful interaction with the inspired, inerrant Word of God. Rather than reading it as a history book, teens are encouraged to read the Bible as the actual communication of God to man, culminating in the person of Jesus Christ. As such, the Bible informs us of the character of God, the work of God, and the demands of God upon humanity. Join us as we seek to grow teens through God's Word so that they are "rooted and built up in Him, and established in the faith," and, consequently, "rooted and grounded in love" (Col 2:6-7, Ephesians 3:17).
