“Stirred up”

Some folks say, “He gets a little carried away.”
Some folks complain, “In the pew He ought to stay.”
Some might whisper, “I wish he’d shut up.”
I say, “don’t mind me I’m just stirred up!”

A baseball game bores me and golf doesn’t excite me but when you mention Jesus and His Grace and His mercy, my heart begins to leap and my joy overflows, For what He’s done in my life no one else truly knows!

So next time you say, “I wish he’d shut up” You just remember, I’m a little stirred up!
