You made it through another week. Now give yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and reset.

You don’t have to have everything figured out today. Some things can wait until Monday.

Take some time to rest. Spend some time with God. Let your mind catch up with your body.

Happy Friday! 🙏🏾

Before you celebrate making it to the weekend, take a moment to look back at the week.

There were things that stressed you out, things that didn’t go according to plan, and moments you didn’t know how you were going to handle.

But look at you. You made it.

“The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.” — Psalm 126:3 (NIV)

Sometimes the blessing isn’t that the week went perfectly. It’s that God carried you through it. 🙌🏾

Midweek Recharge.

Your phone isn’t the only thing that needs to be recharged. Sometimes your mind is tired, your patience is low, and your spirit is running on 5%.

Before you try to push through the rest of the week in your own strength, pause and let God refill you.

“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” — Isaiah 40:29 (NIV)

Recharge. Refocus. Keep going. You still have more week left—and God will give you the strength to finish it. 🙏🏾

All jokes aside, sin can look good in the moment. The enemy knows how to cook things up just the way you like it—have the whole house smelling good—only for you to realize later what was actually on the menu. 👀

Temptation often looks better at the beginning than it does at the end.

“But each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.” — James 1:14–15 (NIV)

Don’t just look at what’s on the plate. Think about what comes after the meal.
