JUMP Military Ministry, Crosslight Assembly of God There will always be times when one of our brothers or sisters can be called up to deploy, pick up, and leave at a moments notice.

Either for training or deployments, this is stressful on the family. My heart goes out to these families who must endure hardships and the unknown that comes from a life of service to the nation. In my own family we have lived out the deployment redeployment process many times over. As a husband and soldier I have had to deal with issues going on at home while I was away. Feeling like there was no

thing I could do about it due to the distance. Feeling the frustration in my wife's voice. Every time I returned I would have to relearn where stuff was in the house. I have missed the birth of three of my four children due to my military responsibilities. I want to help those families who are new to the military lifestyle and share my experience. I know we have older more experienced retirees and senior veterans living Godly lives who can be an example to those who are just starting. God has truly blessed me and my family and I want to share those blessings with my fellow military families. I know there will be tough times and I want these families to know even though they may be away from their home, we can be a family away from family.
