Today we remember the men and women who woke up on September 11, 2001 for a meeting, a shift, a vacation and did not come home.

We remember the men and women who stood against hijackers, helped people down thousands of stairs, put out fires, and pulled people out of the rubble.

We remember the families that held their breath and prayed their loved ones would come hom.

We faced a tragedy with courage, compassion and self sacrifice....In God We Trust.

Join us for mass every Sunday and visit our website, menardcountycatholics.org, to rekindle your courage to trust in God's plan.

Happy First Day of class to our students and teachers of the Catholic School house.

From our Catholic bishops we pray...

For our Students:
Lord our God, in your wisdom and love you surround us with the mysteries of the universe. Send your Spirit upon these students and fill them with your wisdom and blessings. Grant that they may devote themselves to their studies and draw ever closer to you, the source of all knowledge. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

For our Teachers & Staff:
Lord God, your spirit of wisdom fills the earth and teaches us your ways. Look upon these teachers. Let them strive to share their knowledge with gentle patience and endeavor always to bring the truth to eager minds. Grant that they may follow Jesus Christ, the way, the truth, and the life, forever and ever. Amen.

Don't forget to register for Holy Sparks & PSR! School will challenge your mind and body, but that is nothing without your soul. Join us to know, love and serve, God!
