On Tuesday, the island of Cebu in The Philippines was struck by a 6.9 magnitude earthquake. We are grateful to share that our partners and children are safe. Our partners have acted quickly to ensure stability and peace of mind. The school is free of damage, and lessons are continuing as usual.

Although they are still experiencing aftershocks, they are confident that any sustained damage will not affect operations.

We are called, as believers, to do the works that HE sends us to do. Are you obeying the LORD as a believer? Is HE telling you to pray for others? Give of your time or his money to others? Wanting you to go into your neighborhood, town, or other countries and spread HIS love?

🇳🇮 Heading to the Northern Atlantic Region of Nicaragua

We'll be traveling — for the first time — to where the Miskito people live, along Nicaragua’s Northern Atlantic coast.

We'll be visiting feeding centers started by Un Corazón Para Amar, where children come for something that many of us take for granted… a hot meal.

Right now, for most of these kids, it’s the only hot meal they get all week.

🥘 Imagine… just one full, warm meal every seven days.

While we're there, we'll be exploring what it might look like for us to help sponsor these feeding centers so that children could have more than one hot meal each week.

✨ It costs just $9.50 per child per month to provide three meals each week — an amount that could radically change their nutrition, health, and daily life.

We have a feeling this trip will bring yet another welcomed perspective shift — the kind that makes us never take something like a microwave for granted again.

🚸 When There’s No School, There’s No Future.

In the rural villages of Bali, many children dream of going to school — but there simply aren’t enough schools, especially beyond the primary level.

Desperate for an education, some children leave their homes and head to the cities, hoping to find a school and a better life. But without support, without a place to stay, and without anyone to help them — they often end up on the streets.

🗑 Many end up scavenging in garbage dumps just to survive.
📚 School becomes a distant dream.
💔 Childhood is lost far too soon.

Our His Hands for Indonesia program is partnering with Bali Life Foundation to change this heartbreaking reality — by helping bring education to where these children live, so they don’t have to leave home or end up forgotten in the shadows.
