Every baptized person is called to advance the mission of the gospel. It is very clear in the final instructions of Jesus of what we are to do (Matthew 28:19) “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations…” We do that by sharing the Good News (the Gospel) with others — which is evangelization. On Sunday, September 20, from 10:30 AM — 11:45 AM in room 8 of the school, the adult faith formation class at St. Charles will begin a series titled “The Search.“ This will dive into the big questions of life, and even deeper… the meaning of life. It will help you become a stronger evangelizer, which is something our parish needs. You’ll have a better understanding of the questions so many people are asking, as well as a better understanding of how you can answer those questions. ”The Search” leads people to the deepest questions of the human heart, exploring the meaning and purpose of life. The 7-part series, hosted by Chris Stefanick, examines life and death, sorrow and happiness, and science and faith. You won’t want to miss this opportunity! All adults are welcome, regardless of your level of knowledge of the Faith.

Save the date! Join Deacon Seitz for our annual pet blessing, which will occur on Monday, October 5, beginning at 6:00 PM in the circle drive at the rear of St. Charles Church. This is open to the whole community! All pets must be on leashes or in crates, and a responsible adult owner must accompany them.
