Disagreements are uncomfortable.  Arguments are messy.   This Sunday, Jesus teaches us the steps of humble confrontation. This week, Jesus foretells what his future, as the true Messiah, will hold and it’s not pretty.   Peter, upset and shaken by the story, reacts with real human emotion.  Jesus reprimands him for a secular response in a journey of faith.  Our friend Peter will, once again, need some redirection in faith to understand that we cannot put on our crown unless we have first carried our cross.  Let’s come together Sunday at 10 and we can learn more about this with Peter and the disciples.
