Tom Huszti of Unitarian Anabaptist channel interviews sis Tracy Pettinger (Cleveland).

Tracy Pettinger is the Sunday School teacher for the Senior class at "The Church of the Blessed Hope" in Chesterland Ohio. The challenging topic addressed in this episode was chosen by her students as a subject of special interest. Here Tracy courageously shares some conclusions from her biblical study. Our hope is that the audience will consider this matter with an "open heaven" and an open mind to glory of YHVH the God of creation.

A pastor asked an older farmer, decked out in bib overalls, to say grace for the morning breakfast.

"Lord, I hate buttermilk", the farmer began. The visiting pastor opened one eye to glance at the farmer and wonder where this was going.

The farmer loudly proclaimed, "Lord, I hate lard." Now the pastor was growing concerned.

Without missing a beat, the farmer continued, "And Lord, you know I don't much care for raw white flour". The pastor once again opened an eye to glance around the room and saw that he wasn't the only one to feel uncomfortable.

Then the farmer added, "But Lord, when you mix them all together and bake them, I do love warm fresh biscuits. So Lord, when things come up that we don't like, when life gets hard, when we don't understand what you're saying to us, help us to just relax and wait until you are done mixing. It will probably be even better than biscuits. Amen."

Within that prayer there is great wisdom for all when it comes to complicated situations like we are experiencing in the world today.

Stay strong, my friends, because our LORD is mixing several things that we don't really care for, but something even better is going to come when HE is done with it. AMEN!

Enclosed please find our announcement for the 48th Abrahamic Faith Gathering to be held July 24th through July 30th, 2023, at Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. We invite all of you to join us for a week of study and fellowship. Even though the world remains in times of difficulty and uncertainty, we know God is in control. It was a great blessing to be able to be back together last summer and spend time in study and fellowship. We look forward to that same blessing again as we wait for the
promised Hope we share.

Registration forms for the Gathering will be available in late March 2023 either by email or at our website which is www.abrahamicfaithgathering.org

Had a wonderful Abrahamic Faith Gathering last week at Slippery Rock University. It was the first one in 3 years due to COVID. It was great to see brothers and sisters in person again!

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Greetings in the Lord.

Enclosed please find copies of the registration form for the 47th Church of God of the Abrahamic Faith Gathering to be held July 25th through July 31st, 2022 at Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. We invite all of you to join us for a week of study and fellowship.

We ask that you please make additional copies of the enclosed form for everyone in your congregation that will need one or visit our website www.abrahamicfaithgathering.org to download the registration form and get updates.

Please indicate any special access requirements so that we can place you in living quarters that best meet your needs.

If anyone would like to be roomed with or near someone in particular, all parties in the group should send their registration forms in together no later then June 15th. Please remember that registration is on a first-come, first-served basis (special needs prioritized).

All registration forms MUST be filled out and signed on the back of the form after reading the “Rules and Regulations” sheet as it includes important information. PLEASE NOTE THE REGISTRATION TIMES AND LOCATION ON THE REGISTRATION FORM.
