Davis Chapel Church These men were the trustees of the church that became known as The Davis Chapel Church.

On October 22, 1874, two acres of property on Felton Road was purchase from Calvin Till to Joe Davis, Adam Williams, Isaiah Davis, Washington Davis and Barcas Brunson.

At Davis Chapel Church today, God blessed us with a wonderful day of worship. The service began by baptizing eight young adult candidates. They all were excited about getting in the water. Rev. Mungin went on to explain the significance of water baptism and spiritual rebirth, (being born again). We are excited about what God is doing in their lives and in the growth of the church. You are welcome to visit us on 1st and 3rd Sundays at 11:00 am.

What a wonderful time we had at Davis Chapel today. Pastor Mungin's message was "Walking The Walk." And the question is, "How Do I Measure Up." After that dynamic word, the congregation gathered outside to dedicate the church's new sign to God, a sign he said that will be a beacon of light to those that are looking for a church home, and to the community. Thanks to the loving members of Davis Chapel for their love and support.
