God is an all-or-nothing God!
Last night we closed our chronological study of the Old Testament with the book of Malachi, the final book of the Old Testament.
We were confronted with a powerful question: Does God have ALL of your heart, or none of it?
The Israelites thought they were honoring God, but they were offering Him leftovers—blemished sacrifices they wouldn't dare give to a human governor. Sound familiar? We can go through the motions while holding back our best. But God declares in Malachi 3:10, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house." He's calling us to wholehearted devotion, not half-hearted religion.
Here's the beautiful truth: in Malachi 4:6 the last verse of the Old Testament ends with a curse, but the New Testament in Revelation 22:21 ends with grace through Jesus Christ!
In Malachi 3:2-3 God is still refining us like silver, sitting patiently until He sees His own reflection in our lives. Last night we discovered that building new structures doesn't guarantee new hearts—only surrender does.
Will you seek Him with your WHOLE heart today?
