Good day to you all and what a great night of fellowship we had last night, we were live for 2 hours and 20 minutes and it was wonderful. " What is next " is the title of our devotion. James 4:14 says, Whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a v***r that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. This verse makes me want to lean on God more and more. We have no idea what tomorrow brings. As we talked about the past last night none of us thought it would come to an end but it has, at least for now. Only our great God knows the future and that should cause us to cling onto Him every day. Especially in the day and age we are living in where there are a lot of crazy things happening in the world. What is next? Only one person knows for sure and that is our heavenly Father. I didn't have a clue that September 21st 2003 would be the last time I saw my twin brother but God knew and He had a purpose. I didn't have a clue that July 20th 2025 we would have our last service for Free Indeed, but God knew. He sees all, He knows all and He still loves us. Trust Jesus today and let your burden be light. Good day to everyone. Tonight I will be talking about our church Free Indeed How it started, and ended and in between. If you would like to hear our story please tune in and next week we will be back in the book of Judges. And pray for Ozzy's family for comfort during this time. " Who are you going to trust? " Is the Title of our devotion. Psalm 20:7 says, Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the LORD our God. In a week like this last week I really need to be trusting in our Lord. With the closing of our church, my A/C went and we are living in the lower part of the house where there is still A/C, and Ozzy dying, and some might hate Ozzy but I liked the guy. It's been a crazy week. Trusting in the things of this world will only let you down. Relationships may go bad, money can take wings and fly away, People can disappoint, discourage, let you down. Always remember that Jesus will never let you down, He will never leave nor forsake you, Hebrews 13:5, He will make a way when all seems lost, The parting of the red sea, Exodus 14. He will give you hope when all else seems lost, Luke 24, Jesus appearing to His people after His resurrection. Trust in the LORD, Proverbs 3:5-6 and you will get through it. Good day to you all. Please pray we can get our A/C fixed fast and cheap, it went out last night. " Weeping for a moment, but joy for eternity " is the Title of our message. Psalm 30:5 says, For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning. According to Isaiah 53:3, Jesus was despised and rejected by men, A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief, And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised and we did not esteem Him. Why is it that Jesus was despised and lived such a hard ;life? John 1:12 says, He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. His word says, let this mind be in you that was also in Christ Jesus, Philippians 2:5 and read verses 6-8. Christ went through it because He went against the ways of this world. His life was set aside for doing the work of His Father. And because He did not bow down to the system, He was crucified, and fulfilled God's plan of salvation. God has a plan for you and I and because He does it doesn't mean that the road will be smooth, in fact it means it just might be rough and cause division, Luke 13:51-53. We will go through times of weeping and hurt and pain in this old world, but joy is promised from our Lord, Psalm 16:11. Have a blessed day and always remember that Jesus loves you!

Good Monday morning. Yesterday was a sad day for me as it was our last service in California. I would like to do a last service for our beautiful little church this Wednesday instead of our Judges study. This is a tough process and I will be talking about it on Wednesday. Hope to see you all this Wednesday. Much needs to be said in the closing of our fellowship in closing. Our devotion today is called, " Free Indeed " John 8:36 says, Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. This morning I had opened my Bible looking for another verse and as I was searching I saw this verse. I think it fits for this time. This was our verse for around 33 years, the same age as our Lord when He was crucified. This verse speaks to my heart in many ways. First it tells me that I am free from the bo***ge of sin which is most important. And second it will always remind me of the sweet fellowship we had over the years. I sure don't want this to be looked at as a negative because God is in control and according to Revelation 3:7, it says, And to the angel of the church of Philadelphia write, These things says He who is holy, He who is true, He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens. To God be the glory for every good thing that happened through our little church and we will take credit for any failures. Love you all from Texas.
