For those looking to join a community event this Tuesday morning, we continue to host our weekly bible study every Tuesday at 10:00 AM. However, if you are interested in a little stretching to wake up your mind and body, we start with a Sit n Fit session at 9:00 AM. These sessions are fully accessible for any body, and aim to assist with strength and mobility, as well as prepare the mind for the study session at hand. As always, all are welcome!
