🇺🇸 A Prayer of Rededication for America—250 Years 🇺🇸
“Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people He has chosen as His own inheritance.” — Psalm 33:12 (NKJV)
Heavenly Father, On this historic day, as Americans gather in Washington DC and across the country to pray and rededicate America back to God, we pause with grateful hearts to acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from You. Lord, we thank You for Your hand upon this nation from its earliest days. Thank You for the courage of those who established this country upon the conviction that our rights come not from government, but from Almighty God. Today, we humbly come before You in repentance and rededication. Forgive us, O God, for turning from Your ways. Forgive us for pride, rebellion, injustice, immorality, and the shedding of innocent blood. Forgive us for removing You from our homes, our schools, our government, and even many of our churches. Your Word declares: “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” — 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NKJV)
Father, heal our land.
Pour out Your Spirit upon America once again. Raise up righteous leaders who fear You. Revive Your Church with holiness, boldness, and power. Awaken a generation of young people to truth and purpose. Restore the sanctity of life, the biblical family, and the fear of the Lord. Break the powers of darkness that seek to divide and destroy this nation. May America once again be one nation under God, a beacon of truth, liberty, and justice to the world. Let a fresh Great Awakening sweep across our cities, our churches, our schools, and our homes. May the fire of revival burn from coast to coast. And may the next century of America’s history be marked by repentance, righteousness, and the manifest glory of God. We declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over America. To Him be all honor, glory, and dominion forever and ever. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen. 🇺🇸🙏🔥
God Bless America. May we not merely celebrate our history, but let us all rededicate our own hearts and nation to the Lord who established us.
