Pentecost (Shavuot) was the Jewish feast celebrated 50 days after Passover and was associated with the wheat harvest and later connected in Jewish tradition to the giving of the Law at Mount Sinai. When Moses came down from the mountain after Israel rebelled with the golden calf, about 3,000 people died under judgment (Exodus 32:28). But in Acts 2, during Pentecost, the Holy Spirit was poured out, Peter preached Jesus Christ, and about 3,000 souls were saved (harvested).

At Sinai under the Law, 3,000 died—but at Pentecost under the Spirit, 3,000 received life. 🔥🙌🔥

The Law revealed sin, but through Jesus and the Holy Spirit came the beginning of the New Covenant harvest and the transition into the Spirit-empowered Church age.
