APOSTOLIC OFFICE

With great sorrow we publish the sad tidings that The Most Reverend John David Young, Sr., Patriarch, Founder and Chief Apostle of Visionaries in Covenant, Incorporated, was “promoted to glory” on this 17th day of September, in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty-six, in his residential state of Florida.

Your prayers and good wishes are requested for his seven children – Jimmy Green, Bishop John D. Young, Jr., Ahava Israel, Carolyn Bragg, Bishop Charles Young, Pastor Timothy Young, and Juanita Young – along with his grandchildren, siblings, the Pentecostal Temple Ministries church family, and the fellowship of Visionaries in Covenant, Incorporated.

We ask that you respectfully honor the family’s privacy as they make the final arrangements for our beloved “Chief Apostle,” a Bishop in the Lord’s Church.

A subsequent announcement regarding the homegoing services will be forthcoming.

The Most Reverend Charles Edward Young
Presiding Bishop
