Teen Extreme Camp is deeply grieved by the recent public admissions and criminal charges involving Kenny Baldwin, who has served as a guest speaker in previous years. Prior to these public reports, the Camp had no knowledge of the conduct that has now come to light.
Our hearts are with those who have been harmed and with anyone else who may be affected as this investigation continues. We pray that truth will be fully known, justice faithfully carried out, and that those affected will experience God’s comfort, healing, and grace.
Sexual misconduct and the abuse of trust are contrary to Scripture and incompatible with the character required of Christian leaders. Even in painful moments such as these, we continue to look to Jesus Christ, the Author and Finisher of our faith.
