The French Boys Choir will return the Cathedral on July 14th! The concert is free to the public, donations will be accepted. Seating is first come, first serve with doors opening at 6pm.

During Mass we will be praying the Prayer of Consecration, joining the United States bishops who are consecrating our nation to the Sacred Heart. Solemn Vespers for our fourth bishop, Most Rev. John H. Ricard, SSJ, will be prayed this evening, Thursday June 4, beginning at 5:00 p.m. CT at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Pensacola. Vespers will occur in the midst of a visitation running from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. CT.

Go to our bio to join our Cathedral Devotionals Flocknote where we will be sending daily reminders for the Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus from June 3-11. Join us for the Feast Day Mass on June 12th at 10am followed by a reception in the courtyard. Please note: there will be no 6:30am Mass on the 12th.

The faithful are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial for Most Rev. John H. Ricard, SSJ, fourth bishop of our diocese, on Friday June 5 at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart.

Mass will start at 11:00 a.m. CT and will be preceded by a visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. CT.

Solemn Vespers will be prayed the night before, Thursday June 4, beginning at 5:00 p.m. CT at the Cathedral.

Join us in the hall this Sunday, May 31st after the 11am Mass to celebrate Fr Randy’s time here with us and to wish him well on his new assignment in Tallahassee. The Knights of Columbus will be serving BBQ pulled pork with sides and dessert.

Join us on Memorial Day (Monday, May 25th) for daily Mass at 8am celebrated by Bishop Wack. The parish office will be closed and the 8am will take the place of the 6:30am Mass.
