Our “reunion cookie swap” was a fun success, despite the yucky weather. Thought maybe our FB page could use a positive post.
We had a special prayer for Pastor Freds family and thanked God for allowing us the gift of his pastoral care. I know his “welcome home” was full of his evident walk with God. We will continue to miss him as we have since his retirement.

Gonzales Baptist 1590 Pauline St in Cantonment This Friday, October 3rd and Saturday October 4th from 8am-3pm come check out all that we have. Reasonably priced a little bit of everything and something for practically everyone. We will also have hot dogs and sausage dogs along with chips, water and soda. Come check it all out!

Such a bitter sweet day as some of our Ensley crew visited the old old church building. It was a reminder that God is ever faithful, even when His answer to our prayers were something we didn’t understand at the time. ❤️ It was a blessing to see so much new life in our old building. God answered our prayers in His time and we were thankful to be part of it today.
Pursue Life Church has a wonderful pastor and a lovely congregation. They have invited us all to be part of their fellowship anytime.
