Here you will find people of all ages from newborn babies to mature prayer warriors in their 80s. We are people who work in a variety of occupations: plumbers and painters, teachers and nurses, CEO's and contractors, auto mechanics and truck drivers, computer programmers and carpenters among others. We come from a variety of backgrounds, from those who have no church exp

erience to those who have attended church their entire lives. One thing we have in common is that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is central to our lives. It is the affect of that Gospel on our lives that draws us together for energetic worship. It compels us to meet people where they are in their faith journey without judgement. The Gospel of Christ teaches us to reach out and love those who are hurting and lonely. We are a group of regular people, living in the real world with Jesus leading the way. We invite you to join us as we follow Him. May God grant you His richest blessings.

What’s missing from this picture? Your donations! 🧼🧻

Our high school students noticed some needed items running low at The Open Link during their recent Stay Local Service Project, so they’re collecting personal care, hygiene, and paper products to help replenish the supplies.

📦 Drop off your donations in the collection boxes in the Community Room at Finland.

Can’t make it when the church is open? There’s also a designated spot outside the church entrance where donations can be dropped off anytime.

Our high school students who recently took part in the Stay Local Service Project spent time serving at The Open Link. While they were there, they noticed that some items in the pantry were running low and decided they wanted to do something about it! They're hosting a Needed Items Drive to help replenish those supplies for local families!

Soap • Shampoo • Deodorant • Feminine Hygiene Products • Razors • Toothbrushes • Toothpaste • Floss • and more

🧻 Paper Products
Toilet Paper • Tissues • and other basic paper goods

📦 How to donate:
Bring your donations to Finland Mennonite Church and place them in the large decorated collection box in the Community Room.

We love seeing our students not only serve during a scheduled service project, but notice a need, take initiative, and find a way to keep serving. What a great example of putting faith into action!

The 9 Month Mission Trip (9MMT) is a challenge to see this school year differently. Instead of simply seeing school as a place you have to go every day, what if you saw it as a place God has sent you? Your classmates, teammates, teachers, and friends are people God has placed around you. The challenge is simple: Prayer. Care. Share.

PRAY for the people around you.
CARE about them and look for ways to serve them.
SHARE Jesus when God gives you the opportunity.
